The Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group has an opening for a 1.0 FTE BC/BE IM/Geriatrics/Palliative Care physician to join the Grove by Sutter Health team in Burlingame, California.

PAMF is recruiting graduating IM/FM residents and geriatric fellows for an exciting opportunity to join and take a leadership role in developing our value-based clinical program!

The Grove clinic is an innovative primary care practice developed to serve high complexity 65+ patients in a value-based framework supported by a robust interdisciplinary team. With a small panel size of 400 and 1:1 support from an APC and care managers, this is a mission-based approach to high touch and personalized care. We are hiring doctors trained in IM, FM, and geriatrics to join our existing team in Burlingame or in our expansion sites in the South Bay.
