Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide support to obstetricians, surgical scrub techs, registered nurses, and charge nurses in the Labor, Delivery, and Recovery/Postpartum (LDRP) setting. The role integrates education, technical competence, and patient interaction skills to ensure safe and precise treatment under the supervision of a Charge Nurse.

• Provide clinical support to the LDRP team, including obstetricians, surgical scrub techs, RNs, and Charge Nurses.
• Apply education, technical competence, and patient interaction to ensure safe, precise treatment under supervision.
• Gain confidence and cooperation from patients, families/support groups, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure privacy and safety and deliver optimal patient care.
• Mentor and train students as needed.

• CA RN Licensure
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
• NRP Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience (preferred)

3 x 12-hour shifts, 0700–1900, every other weekend; no on-call required.
