Your Next Adventure
IT Manager with Salesforce System Administration reporting to the Director of System Operations. Work remotely with travel to all 14 clinics as needed. Regular, full‑time, non‑exempt. Monday‑Friday, 40 hours.

Experienced IT Manager with Salesforce Administration to lead technology operations, manage a small team, and partner with stakeholders to keep systems running smoothly.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage IT operations including networks, servers, devices, and security.
• Lead and support IT staff, including offshore/remote team members.
• Oversee employee onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and software access.
• Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator – manage user access, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and reports/dashboards.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to design, build, and optimize Salesforce workflows and integrations with other business systems (e.g., Hub Spot, Elation Health, Office 365).
• Maintain data integrity and enforce governance across all platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for employees across the company.
• Partner Dev Ops to support container‑based development environments.
• Maintain IT and Salesforce policies, processes, and documentation.
• Support company facilities, including office moves and closures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• 2+ years of hands‑on Salesforce Administration experience (Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred).
• Strong knowledge of networks, servers, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac).
• Hands‑on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Office 365.
• Experience managing integrations between Salesforce and third‑party tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to support both technical and non‑technical users.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay Range
40 – 50 USD per hour (Burlingame / HQ)
