The Wearables Product Marketing organization influences early‑stage product development and roadmaps, creates go‑to‑market plans, drives in‑market business growth, and provides direction for future investments.

Responsibilities- Develop and own the monetization strategy for Wearables software, including pricing, packaging, and new revenue streams
- Partner with Product and Engineering to influence product roadmaps and ensure monetization opportunities are integrated into product development
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform monetization decisions and identify growth opportunities
- Define and communicate clear value propositions and messaging for new and existing monetization features
- Lead go‑to‑market planning and execution for monetization launches, including sales enablement, marketing campaigns, and customer education
- Analyze performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to optimize monetization strategies and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of monetization initiatives
- Present findings, recommendations, and results to leadership and key stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or strategy, with a focus on software or technology products
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing monetization strategies for digital products or services
- Analytical skills with experience interpreting data, generating insights, and making data‑driven decisions
- Clear and concise communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated experience working cross‑functionally in a dynamic environment
- Experience with go‑to‑market planning, product launches, and sales enablement

Compensation: $158,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The listed range reflects the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only.
