The Technical Program Manager will define, implement, and deliver complex programs that require cross‑functional collaboration across multiple projects or related activities.
Job Responsibilities- Deliver programs within constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget, managing multiple moderate‑probability, moderate‑impact risk factors.
- Engage in program‑level strategic planning and interact with executive‑level management.
- Resolve complex issues, communicate progress, and build strong teams.
- Lead a group of internal exempt and matrixed employees and contractors on projects, ensuring delivery of systems and system enhancements that meet specified requirements.
- Oversee project scope definition and management, requirements gathering, documentation, time estimating, schedule development and tracking, budget management, status reporting, issue and risk management, contingency planning, and customer interaction across multiple organizational levels.

- Experience delivering technology and business‑application solutions in a large‑scale, multi‑platform environment.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle.
- Education/
Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (computer science, computer engineering, or related). MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- PMP or PMI certification required.
- Data‑driven and detail oriented with strong learning drive.
- Ability to scale across a large number of teams.
- Proven ability to track execution of a plan with large dependencies, find technical and schedule mitigations, and proactively communicate progress and escalations.
- Background in machine learning.
