We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in various areas of law, including personal injury, workers' compensation, immigration, and securities law. This role involves providing legal advice, representing clients in legal proceedings, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Attorney will be responsible for conducting thorough legal research, drafting legal documents, and advocating for clients' best interests.

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies in various legal matters.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Provide expert advice on personal injury law, workers' compensation law, immigration law, and securities law.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress within the law office.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure effective case management.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.

• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and workers' compensation law.
