Marketing Associate

US Tech Solutions offers a base pay range of $45.00/hr - $50.00/hr for a Marketing Coordinator with 3‑5 years of marketing experience. The role focuses on supporting channel marketing programs and retail initiatives. Ideal candidates are creative, self‑directed, and enjoy working with retailer partners to execute the customer journey both online and in‑store.

Qualifications:

BA/BS in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience. 3‑5 years in channel marketing, marketing project management, or related field. Knowledge of consumer electronics market, industry trends, market conditions and competitive landscape. Experience managing collaborative workload within time frames. Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills. Proficiency with Salesforce and all GSuite work applications.

• Leading marketing strategy and tactics for corresponding business objectives
• Driving & executing marketing budgets required to achieve KPIs/objectives
• Managing day‑to‑day account activities with account marketing counterpart
• Executing & reporting channel marketing activities and events
• Aggregating cross‑functional activity from visual merchandising and field services to show a holistic view of account activities
• Managing creative asset requirements, and asset requests to ensure creative is delivered on time and to specifications
• Routing creative assets between external and internal teams for review, approval and final handoff
• Reporting weekly updates on Partner Enablement activities and performance
• Partnering with cross‑functional teams to launch products and promotions in‑store and online
• Applying comprehensive knowledge in channel marketing and retail
• Demonstrating value to internal and external partners by sharing expertise on product features
