Location

This position is on-site full-time in Burlingame, CA
, servicing commercial clients throughout the Bay Area.

Note: Applicants must have 3+ years of locksmith experience
, primarily in commercial and B2B environments
. Residential-only experience will not be considered.

Job Description

• Perform commercial locksmithing services, including installation, repair, and maintenance of door hardware and locking systems.
• Handle emergency work orders for commercial clients with professionalism and urgency.
• Install, repair, and service access control and safe hardware systems.
• Create and maintain master key systems.
• Cut keys by code, re-key locks, and perform precise pinning work.
• Troubleshoot complex lock, key, and hardware issues with technical expertise.
• Support operations by completing projects, communicating clearly with management, and submitting paperwork accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on locksmithing experience, with strong commercial and access control background.
• Proficiency with door hardware, key systems, and security equipment.
• Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, safely, and efficiently in varying conditions.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
