In this role you will be managing inbound and outbound logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have experience handling hazardous materials, inventory systems, and internal work order tracking, with a strong commitment to safety.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against the Bill of Lading (B.O.L).

* Inspect shipments for accuracy, damage and document findings.

* Track material ownership upon receipt and ensure proper staging using Oracle EBS.

* Coordinates with Manufacturing Engineering in the research of excess parts and creating MCO to remove part or reroute part to desired location

* Using software Oracle EBS, prepare and ship hazardous material, batteries, and other outbound items in compliance with safety standards.

* Support proper packaging and labeling procedures.

* Utilize Freight Pop to manage shipping and receiving transactions.

* Collaborate with the Remanufacturing Department using JIRA to stage and complete work orders and ship on schedule.

* Managing material movement, storage, and distribution, including loading, unloading, and transportation.

* Monitor delivery timelines and escalate delays as needed.

* Providing guidance and support to other teams on material-related matters, troubleshooting issues, and documenting material movement.

* Track and monitor part consumption and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) usage.

* Maintain accurate inventory records in EBS (Enterprise Business Suite).

* Conduct physical inventory checks and weekly cycle counts on high-value items.

* Tracking inventory levels, forecasting future needs, and coordinating material procurement and delivery.

* Support and enforce Dock and forklift safety procedures. Participate in training initiatives.

* Follow all company and industry safety protocols, especially regarding hazardous materials.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* 3 - 5 of relevant experience

* Experience with hazardous material shipping and packaging (HAZMAT certification a plus).

* Proficiency with Freight Pop, EBS, and JIRA or similar systems.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate a forklift.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
