Our client, a growing property management company, is actively seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Corporate Accountant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in general accounting, month-end procedures, reporting, and problem-solving, ideally with experience in a property management environment.

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid in Mississauga, ON (2 days/week in-office)

Primary Responsibilities:

Own and execute the monthly close and financial reporting process

Prepare timely financial statements, variance analysis, and internal management reports

Perform and resolve balance sheet reconciliations with strong technical judgment

Improve and document accounting processes; support audits and compliance efforts

Process payroll and related accounting activities accurately and timely

Partner cross?functionally and support accounting systems and technology initiatives

Qualifications and

Experience:

3+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Ability to quickly learn new systems/software

Advanced Excel skills

High level of organization and detail orientation

Self-motivated and good problem-solving skills
