Competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000

Responsibilities:

Analyze variances in the P&L statement, with a specific focus on Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).

Identify the main drivers behind observed variances.

Contribute to planning and forecasting activities.

Perform month-end journal entries, reconciliations, and provide insightful commentary.

Dissect direct material, direct labor, and overhead to align with the overall P&L.

Actively participate in the SAP S4 HANA integration.

Establish and streamline financial processes to enhance efficiencies within the organization.

Collaborate with various departments, engaging on the production floor to understand daily operations and build strong working relationships.

Qualifications:

3+ years of solid experience in cost accounting within ideally a manufacturing environment.

SAP knowledge is highly preferred, or experience with other large ERP systems

Ability to analyze BOMs

Bachelor's degree (BBA or BCom) in finance or accounting

Strong communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships and challenge the status quo.
