You will be responsible for overseeing daily financial transactions and serving as a mentor to the Accounts Payable Assistants. This includes maintaining compliance with accounting standards and effectively communicating with various departments to resolve financial inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process, verify, and audit supplier invoices

• Mentor Accounts Payable Assistants in daily tasks

• Facilitate efficient month-end close procedures

• Address inquiries regarding account discrepancies

• Collaborate with team members across departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required

• Two years of relevant accounting experience necessary

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and accounting software

• Comprehensive knowledge of accounts payable practices

• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills
