Working alongside the Accounting and HR Manager, you'll handle tasks including financial reporting, payroll, and employee record management. Your input will directly influence the operational effectiveness and compliance of both accounting and HR functions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support for daily accounting tasks like accounts receivable and payable
• Conduct reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts
• Administer payroll processing and employee benefit programs
• Ensure timely processing of payroll transactions
• Participate in month-end closings and audits
Requirements:
• Expertise in accounting systems and financial management software
• Good grasp of accounting standards and practices
• Experience with account reconciliations and payroll administration
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Post-secondary education in accounting or finance preferred
