Senior Accounting Analyst at EFSC

Become a Senior Accounting Analyst at our Equipment Finance Solutions Centre in Burlington, Canada.

Your role will focus on ensuring accuracy in general ledger accounts while assisting with business objectives.

As a key member of the EFSC Finance Team, you will support team members with crucial daily and monthly financial responsibilities. This position requires analytical prowess, the ability to communicate effectively, and engagement with various business partners to uphold high-quality accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in reconciling general ledger accounts

• Prepare monthly reports and financial analysis

• Investigate and address reconciliation breaks

• Manage commission calculations and payroll tasks

• Prepare accurate daily bank reconciliations

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in business/accounting

• In-progress CPA certification

• Strong Excel skills and experience with Peoplesoft

• Knowledge of Canadian Sales Taxes and Equipment Financing

• Familiar with lease accounting processes
