Project Accountant

Position: Project Accountant at Adi Development Group
Shape communities with Adi Development Group as a Project Accountant. Leverage your accounting skills while supporting construction project financials and budget management in a dynamic environment.

As an associate accountant, you will join a forward-thinking team dedicated to reshaping communities through innovative real estate development. This role emphasizes project draws, budget variance analysis, and collaboration with project managers. You'll gain valuable insights into construction finance while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support monthly project draws and budget variance analysis

• Prepare payment draw schedules per internal processes

• Complete GL and bank reconciliations accurately

• Review processed invoices for coding accuracy

• Maintain project budgets in Sage and ensure data flow

Requirements:

• 1–2 years accounting experience, preferably in construction

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• CPA designation in progress or recent graduate

• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail

• Experience with accounting software, Sage preferred
