Contribute to financial management with One Mission Society as a Field Accountant in Cuenca, Ecuador. Manage budgets, financial reports, and support mission operations effectively. In this office-based position, you will oversee the preparation of the field budget and ensure all financial disbursements and receipts are accurately managed.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and manage the field budget for approval
- Oversee all field disbursements and financial transactions
- Ensure custody of cash assets and financial securities
- Review accounts of mission fund recipients regularly
- Supervise the field bookkeeper's work
- 2-year degree in accounting or business preferred
- Proficiency in Spanish or willingness to learn
- Solid logical reasoning and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and OMS accounting software
- Active involvement in an evangelical church
