Randstad has partnered with a leading and dynamic organization in the manufacturing industry, looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team, located in Burlington.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional business-to-business (B2B) collection calls and credit assessments in both English and French

• Manage and execute accurate high-volume Accounts Receivable (AR) invoice processing

• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner

• Maintain clear and professional communication with internal departments and external B2B clients

• Monitor account aging and provide regular updates on outstanding balances

Qualifications

• Full professional fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)

• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, specifically with B2B collections, credit, and invoice processing

• Ability to work fully onsite at the Burlington location for the duration of the 6-month contract

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-service-oriented approach
