In this temporary position, you will provide vital support to the finance team by managing daily transactions and reporting requirements. Applicants should have 1-2 years of accounting knowledge and be able to work alongside the Staff Accountant for effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions

• Maintain accurate financial records and transaction logs

• Generate required financial reports on a regular basis

• Assist in the preparation and processes for audits

• Provide administrative support to the finance team

Requirements:

• College diploma in Accounting or similar field

• 1-2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

• Knowledge of Quick Books and proficiency in Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Capacity to prioritize tasks effectively
