Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and review client audit and assurance engagements

• Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations

• Provide proactive solutions to client issues

• Maintain primary communication with clients throughout engagements

• Supervise engagement processes and team workflows

Requirements:

• 4+ years of public accounting experience required

• CPA designation preferred, with supervisory background

• Extensive knowledge of ASPE and Canadian standards

• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills

• Proven skills in team mentorship and training
