Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounts receivable process and collections

• Monitor outstanding balances proactively

• Resolve billing issues and engage with customers

• Prepare reconciliations and documentation

• Collaborate to enhance collection efforts

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of accounts receivable experience

• Bilingual in French and English for effective communication

• Competency with ERP systems, especially Net Suite

• Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized

• Relevant educational background in finance or accounting
