We're looking for someone with 2+ years of bookkeeping experience who is proactive and detail-oriented. You'll manage accounts payable, payroll, and month-end activities while maintaining thorough financial records. Your solid background in general accounting principles will enable you to support financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple affiliated companies

• Complete month-end closing procedures efficiently

• Maintain organized general ledger entries and documentation

• Process payroll and ensure accurate invoice management

• Prepare financial reports and assist with year-end taxes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in bookkeeping or accounting roles

• Strong knowledge of payroll and remittance processes

• Exceptional organization and problem-solving capabilities

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and strong Excel skills

• Relevant post-secondary education is an asset
