Director of Accounting at Global Firm

Transform financial leadership as the Director of Accounting for a US-listed global data analytics company. Oversee US GAAP reporting and manage a robust accounting team while driving business partnerships.

This role involves owning the regional income statement and balance sheet, leading two accounting managers, and ensuring compliance with SOX standards. You'll analyze regional results, deliver critical financial disclosures, and coordinate audits. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee completeness of the income statement and balance sheet

• Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes

• Analyze and explain financial results to leadership

• Manage SOX compliance and statutory audits

• Collaborate on intercompany agreements and revenue recognition

Requirements:

• CPA, CA with Big 4 experience

• Over 10 years of accounting experience, including team leadership

• Strong US GAAP knowledge and SOX compliance experience

• Proven ability to influence in a matrix organization

• Executive presence and clear communication skills
