Use English and French to deliver responsive billing service for CLIC in a hybrid role requiring two days in office. Manage premium payments and client inquiries.
As Billing Fulfillment Administrator within the Billing Service Centre, you will support personalized client experiences through accurate billing administration. The work includes premium collection, account records, reconciliations, billing transactions, and communication with stakeholders. You will also provide billing knowledge to business partners and support timely processing.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming phone calls and email billing inquiries
- Process premium payments, NSF letters, returns, and transactions
- Correspond with stakeholders and internal departments
- Provide renewal quotes and prepare policyholder correspondence
- Analyze billing reports and resolve errors
- Bilingual English and French communication skills
- Two years’ individual life insurance or related experience
- Post-secondary Business Administration certificate or related education
- Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills
- Associate Customer Service designation is an asset
