Join the Burlington location as a Vendor Funds Administrator, where you’ll manage vendor funding, claim backs, reconciliations, and monthly accounting activities. We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

• Manage the administration of vendor Ship & Debits Claimbacks
• Manage and update monthly reports and documentation
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of monthly processing
• Perform monthly accounting functions related to Vendor Funds
• Collect, analyze & reconcile vendor payments compared to vendor agreements.
• Perform account reconciliations
• Process month end journal entries
• Collaborate with the Category & Other teams to ensure accuracy of accrual, vendor agreements and dispute resolution
• Work with Corporate Finance to ensure that period-end reporting is accurate and complete
• Initiate and introduce process improvements
• Ensure compliance with monthly and quarterly SOX and internal controls
• Maintain process documentation standard operating procedures
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc reports as required

• Undergraduate degree
• 1 to 5 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance, Sourcing, Supply Chain
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Experience in understanding vendor contracts is an asset
• Continuous improvement mindset and organizational skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access
• Experience working with an integrated ERP software (Oracle, AS400, Tableau) is an asset

Base Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 + 5% MIP
