Eisner Amper seeks a senior tax professional with 20+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience. This role centers on operating partnerships and substantive accounting methods. You will contribute to M&A tax structuring, internal restructuring, research, written communications, current-development alerts, and firm-wide training.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze federal tax issues involving operating partnerships
- Research accounting methods and LLC tax matters
- Support M&A and internal restructuring activities
- Draft emails, memoranda, and firm-wide alerts
- Assist with firm-wide trainings on tax developments
- CPA, JD, or LL.M in Tax
- 20+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting
- Strong experience with allocations and partnership liabilities
- Knowledge of capital shifts, divisions, and profits interests
- Large accounting firm experience
