Lead GST/HST and sales tax strategy at MNP, using Canadian tax expertise to advise clients and manage complex indirect tax engagements.
As Manager, Indirect Tax, you will guide client-facing engagement teams and manage a diverse portfolio. Apply your CPA designation, Canadian tax knowledge, relationship-building skills, and leadership experience. Your work will identify benefit entitlements, develop customized federal and local strategies, and support regulatory compliance while addressing complex tax issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead GST/HST and sales tax planning engagements
- Deliver technical expertise through reports and presentations
- Manage client portfolios, risks, relationships, and accounts
- Research commodity and indirect tax developments
- Plan engagements, budgets, billing, collections, and variances
- CPA designation
- Level 1 In-depth Tax Program completion
- Four to five years of relevant experience
- Extensive Canadian Tax knowledge
- Proven people management and leadership skills
