Accounting Technician QBO Xero

MNP’s ease Cloud Accounting Services team delivers bookkeeping and financial reporting support to clients. This full-time Accounting Technician position covers payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and related filings. Experience with QBO or Xero is preferred.

• Set up client files and support budgets and planning
• Record sales, receivables, expenses, payables, and payroll
• Reconcile cash, bank, prepaid, and intercompany accounts
• Maintain WCB transactions and government remittances
• Work collaboratively with clients and team members

• One year of full cycle bookkeeping experience
• Working knowledge of basic accounting processes
• Understanding of GST, PST, HST, payroll, and corporate taxes
• QBO or Xero application certifications considered an asset
• Desktop bookkeeping software experience beneficial
