Our client, a Burlington-based firm is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Investment & Administrative Assistant to join its growing team. This is a new role designed to enhance the administrative functions of a dynamic firm, providing essential support to the fund administration team and managing general office operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy, improving communication, and contributing to the smooth functioning of a close-knit office.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a backstop for the current fund administrator, handling communications with dealers, investors, and their advisors.
  • Process legal subscription documents, ensure accuracy, and upload them to investor software.
  • Manage general administrative and office-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with the fund administrator to cross-check work, particularly investor documentation and software entries, to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative tasks and/or managing investment documentation
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong communication skills, including courteous and professional etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
  • Ability to work full-time in their Burlington office
