Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated individual for our Branch Administrator role. Reporting to the Assistant Vice-President of Operations, Burlington, the Branch Administrator will provide administrative support to our Operations team. The successful applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of efficiency, confidentiality, and judgement.

Responsibilities

Provide diversified administrative support to our AVP of Operations in a fast-paced office environment

Handle highly sensitive and confidential information

Preparation of various letters, reports, spreadsheets and presentations

Arrange travel and schedule meetings

Responsible for a variety of general office duties

Carry out special projects

Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

Post-secondary education in an administrative or business-related discipline is preferred.

Excellent keyboarding skills

Strong work ethic

Professional articulate manner

High level of attention to detail, accuracy and follow-up

Efficient time manager with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

High level of technical competence using computers, including Microsoft Office - Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook and internet usage
