We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mailroom Clerk to join our client's team on a 1-month contract. This role entails smooth handling and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and packages, supporting efficient operations across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring accurate and timely distribution across departments.

Coordinate courier drop-offs and pickups within the mailroom.

Label parcels and prepare shipments using UPS systems.

Operate basic mailroom equipment and utilize UPS computer systems for tracking and processing.

Maintain a clean and organized mailroom workspace.

Collaborate with colleagues and provide excellent customer service when responding to inquiries regarding mail and packages.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience as a mailroom clerk preferred.

Basic computer skills, including operating tracking systems.

Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.

Ability to lift packages up to 30 lbs as part of daily tasks.
