Become a crucial part of DLL as a PPSA Administrator in Burlington, ON, on a 12-month contract. Your primary responsibility will be managing retail PPSA lien security requests and ensuring compliance.
In this full-time role, you will collaborate with a tight-knit team of four to handle all PPSA registrations, respond to waiver inquiries, and manage security documentation diligently. Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage PPSA lien security requests efficiently
• Conduct searches and prepare discharge documents
• Ensure accurate security documentation submission
• Liaise with multiple departments for registration changes
• Coordinate with third-party providers regarding registrations
Requirements:
• Experience in operations, preferably in leasing or finance
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
• Bilingual in French is an asset
• Post-secondary education preferred
