Our client, a growing and innovative manufacturing organization based in Burlington, Ontario, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations & Production Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating operations, production schedules, logistics, customer service, and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient daily operations while supporting customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

- Coordinate and process customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Manage production schedules, work orders, and order flow to support on-time delivery.
- Oversee logistics, shipping, invoicing, and supply chain coordination.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, production teams, and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate records, system data, reports, and documentation.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, filing, and meeting coordination.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and help drive operational efficiency.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, distribution, or operations administration.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with databases or ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with production coordination, logistics, supply chain, or project administration is considered an asset.
