Support school administration as a Casual School Secretary using Microsoft Office, financial reporting, and confidential records management. Work is call-in based.
The St. Clair Catholic District School Board seeks a Casual/Call-in School Secretary. This position supports the Principal and staff while managing office administration, student records, absenteeism reports, and financial documentation. Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential for daily school operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide secretarial support to the Principal and school staff
- Prepare financial reports and post information to ledgers
- Reconcile school and bank records accurately
- Organize supplies, equipment, student records, and absenteeism reports
- Communicate courteously with students, staff, parents, and visitors
- Two-year Office Administration program or equivalent
- Minimum four years of related work experience
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook computer experience
- Database management experience;
Trillium and SFE preferred - Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Bring financial administration, Microsoft Office, and confidential records experience to the St. Clair Catholic District School Board.
