Position: Operations Coordinator with Project Management Focus
Take the next step in your career as an Operations Coordinator, driving key initiatives at our Supply Center. Focus on project management and enhancing operational processes.

This role, reporting to the Distribution Operations Manager, encompasses a range of operational priorities, from facilities and freight to vendor contracts. You will harness exceptional time management and organizational skills to support continuous improvement and uphold safety standards. Occasional travel within Canada and to the US may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain lease database to track costs and data

• Create, execute, and manage project assignments

• Handle maintenance of service contracts and agreements

• Develop and prepare operational reports for senior management

• Manage the process and reporting for physical inventory

Requirements:

• Must have post-secondary education

• Minimum of 3 years in administrative or coordination experience

• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is beneficial

• Exemplary communication skills for various audiences

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
