In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for creating and executing multi-year strategies that enhance the category's PBIT performance. You will manage the entire product lifecycle and supplier relationships while collaborating with key teams to optimize pricing and assortments effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop category strategies to drive sales and profitability
• Analyze category performance and identify market opportunities
• Manage SKU rationalization and lifecycle decisions
• Oversee supplier negotiations and own brand strategies
• Collaborate with commercial & supply chain teams for efficiency
Requirements:
• 5-10+ years’ experience in Category or Product Management
• Strong understanding of P&L management
• Proven experience with both National Brands and Private Brands
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
• Proficient in Excel; ERP familiarity a plus
