• Understand and analyze current business processes for the sales and service teams
• Lead pre-discovery sessions to identify and define business problems, root causes and potential solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate a lean hypothesis with clear business outcomes
• Use data to drive decision making and prioritization of initiatives
• Translate ideas into functional outcomes by guiding user story
