Arbor Memorial seeks a full-time, permanent Crematorium Operator for its Bayview Crematorium. You will oversee crematorium operations while providing dignity and respect to the deceased. The work requires computer skills, accurate documentation, communication, and careful prioritization.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform crematorium duties according to Arbor’s operator manual
- Clean and disinfect all crematorium areas thoroughly
- Complete paperwork and maintain cremated remains storage systems
- Load caskets and monitor complete cremation processes
- Package remains and identify containers accurately
- Crematorium operator experience is an asset, not required
- Use Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Mosaic
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Multitask, set priorities, and contribute positively
- Demonstrate accuracy, communication, integrity, trust, teamwork, and excellence
