Senior nCino Business Analyst

Lead nCino lending-platform analysis with requirements management and functional implementation expertise in complex financial-services environments. Support enterprise lending modernization initiatives.

This experienced Business Analyst supports implementation and enhancement of an enterprise lending platform. The work draws on lending operations, credit assessment, requirements documentation, and system integration. Collaboration spans business, technology, and delivery stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Gather and document requirements for enterprise lending platforms
• Map business processes across end-to-end lending workflows
• Develop user stories and functional designs
• Prepare acceptance criteria for implementation activities
• Support system integration and user acceptance testing

• Minimum five years of business analysis experience
• Hands-on nCino implementation or enhancement experience
• Active, verifiable nCino business analysis certification
• Strong knowledge of lending and credit operations
• Experience in complex, regulated enterprise environments
