Alberici Corporation is looking for a Health & Safety Coordinator passionate about fostering safe work environments. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular site inspections, assisting with incident reporting, and encouraging compliance with safety policies. We welcome candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience or exceptional early-career professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support health & safety activities on active project sites

• Carry out hazard assessments and site inspections

• Assist in documenting incidents and implementing follow-ups

• Promote toolbox talks and ongoing safety initiatives

• Collaborate with teams to strengthen safety culture

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety required

• 1-3 years of safety experience preferred

• Familiarity with Ontario safety regulations is a plus

• Strong judgment and communication skills needed

• Valid driver’s license for project site travel across the GTA
