Deck Builder

Position: Deck Builder Opportunity
Build beautiful decks in Burlington, Mississauga, and Oakville. We’re hiring experienced deck builders for the spring to fall season, with possible winter work available.

If you have 3–5 years of deck building expertise, this role is for you. You’ll be constructing both PT and composite decks while ensuring compliance with building codes. Work collaboratively in teams of 2–4 and maintain a focus on quality and safety throughout all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately construct decks according to drawings

• Work in small crews while ensuring high quality

• Maintain tools and submit daily project reports

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of deck building experience

• Proficient in using PT and composite materials

• Registered for GST/HST as self-employed or corporation

• Own tools and a vehicle are preferred

• Dedicated to working long hours when needed
