Forest is looking for a motivated Skidsteer Operator/Asphalt Raker with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. You will engage in tasks such as efficiently spreading asphalt, assisting the screed operator, and performing various construction-related duties. Operational safety will be paramount in your daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the skidsteer for asphalt loading

• Rake and spread asphalt mix as required

• Support the screed operator with asphalt tasks

• Use hand and power tools for construction

• Maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid G driver’s license

• Minimum 2 years as asphalt raker

• Previous construction experience desired

• Ability to regularly lift over 70 pounds
