In this role, you will assist project managers with daily operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Your 1–3 years of experience will guide you in managing project documentation, tracking costs, and coordinating with various stakeholders. This position requires a strong organizational mindset to navigate multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support project management from preconstruction to closeout
• Organize and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Maintain meticulous project documentation and communication
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for coordination
• Monitor project costs to support budget management
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in ICI construction
• Knowledge of essential construction documentation
• Familiarity with project management software like Buildertrend
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Relevant education in Construction Management is an asset
