Join a dynamic team as a Project Manager with a Leading Restoration Specialist in the GTA, focusing on disaster restoration for both residential and commercial clients. This role entails managing project timelines and delivery for effective recovery support.

You will oversee multiple restoration files, ensuring that cleanup and mitigation efforts are well-coordinated with crews and subcontractors.

Your role also involves meeting with clients and insurance adjusters, documenting scopes of work, and managing various contracts. A strong foundation in disaster restoration and estimating will enhance your effectiveness in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee restoration projects and manage multiple files

• Conduct accurate on-site estimations and assessments

• Schedule and supervise cleanup crews and subcontractors

• Act as a liaison with clients and insurance adjusters

• Document claims and manage contracts thoroughly

Requirements:

• At least three years of disaster restoration experience

• Solid understanding of insurance-related claims

• Experience with residential estimating for builders or restoration

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Knowledge of Xactimate and Xactanalysis
