Senior Manager for Cold Storage Projects

This role requires overseeing multiple construction projects in a dynamic environment, focusing on budget management and coordination. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play an integral role in executing high-performance facilities for the food and pharmaceutical industries across North America. Your leadership will help guide teams and manage all aspects from pre-construction to close-out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project phases from sales handover to final delivery

• Manage resources, budgets, and timelines across projects

• Prepare scopes of work and tendering oversight

• Identify risks and enforce compliance with specifications

• Liaise with Site Superintendents to maintain project quality

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in ICI project management

• Strong background in greenfield construction

• Relevant degree in Construction Management or similar

• Ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively

• Proficiency in project management software and manual tools
