Electrical ICI Construction Project Manager

Lead electrical ICI construction projects on site for Black & McDonald, applying project planning, scheduling, cost management, and safety expertise.

As Project Manager, you will report to the Project Director and manage assigned projects from start to finish. The work covers construction schedules, specifications, budgets, quality, contracts, estimates, reporting, and change management. You will coordinate stakeholders while supporting project performance.

• Lead project cost, schedule, quality, safety, and contract performance
• Plan and monitor construction schedules, milestones, and project progress
• Prepare estimates and negotiate changes in scope
• Manage contracts, revisions, additions, and stakeholder relationships
• Report labour productivity, forecasts, budgets, costs, and outcomes

• Five-plus years managing large-scale electrical ICI construction projects
• Experience in a unionized construction company
• Education in project management, electrical engineering, or construction management
• Red Seal electrical journeyperson qualification accepted
• Intermediate MS Office, construction planning, and estimation knowledge
