What You’ll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for customer service inquiries in  French and English , ensuring a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
Manage account-related requests, including  sourcing, quoting, and expediting orders .
Process  vendor purchase orders, customer sales orders, and returns  with accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer needs effectively.
Adapt and thrive in an environment of continuous learning and change.
What You Bring
Fluency in French and English  (spoken and written) is required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently over the phone and through other communication channels.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask across multiple administrative systems.
