Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer orders in ERP system

• Confirm pricing and delivery dates prior to order release

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

• Cultivate strong customer relationships and follow up proactively

• Support segment managers with necessary administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education is preferred or relevant experience

• 3-5 years in B2B customer service or inside sales

• Detail-oriented with strong data entry capabilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Comfort with ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite
