Primus Workforce is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to work on-site, responsible for engaging customers, providing detailed product information, and qualifying leads. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in customer service or retail environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively engage with in-store customers and foster rapport
• Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries
• Educate customers about product offerings tailored to their needs
• Identify potential leads and connect them with sales representatives
• Track customer interactions and report in CRM systems
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service, sales, or retail interactions
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to present products clearly and confidently
• Basic experience with CRM systems is a plus
