This detail-oriented role in Burlington requires interfacing with Production, Logistics, and Sales departments. You will be responsible for issuing RMAs, updating customers on their returns, and addressing their needs effectively. The ideal candidate brings critical thinking and interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Issue and process Return Merchandise Authorization numbers (RMAs)
• Evaluate customer needs and offer effective solutions
• Correspond with customers for returns and updates
• Handle general administrative tasks as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams for warranty replacements
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business or Administration
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
