Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative
Location:
Burlington, ON (In-Office)

With over 8000 employees and 100 years in business, they are looking to expand their Bilingual Customer Service team. If you are a strong communicator, passionate about providing white-glove customer service, and have exceptional written and oral French language skills, this role is for you!
Here’s what you’ll do:- Managing customer inquiries, requests, and needs in a courteous manner reflecting the company’s values.
- Supporting customers with modifying orders.
- Educating customers on product availability, new product features and innovations.
- Creating and updating accounts accurately.
- Working with customers to create and modify orders, arrange deliveries and pickup.
- Work with the team proactively to achieve company targets and objects.
- Ability to effectively and collaboratively with all departments, as well as any external partners.
- Must be fluently bilingual (oral and written) in French.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain or similar is an asset.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service role.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office. SAP, CRM and/or ERP experience is an asset.
- Experience in a B2B customer service role, specifically building materials or furnishings is an asset.
- A passion for providing excellent service, strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- A proactive attitude with an ability to take initiative, multi-task, prioritize work to ensure deadlines and quality of service standards are met.
